Writing Desk, This superb quality 19th century Victorian burr walnut davenport writing desk has a piano shaped front which lifts to reveal a pull out writing surface this writing surface is adjustable and there is also a pen tray to the side. There are two drawers to the interior between the drawers there is a button which releases the cover of the stationery compartment to the right hand side there are four drawers and dummy drawers to the left side. Having turned and carved supports at the front and all finished in lovely figured burr walnut.
